Associations need current and reliable information to establish and justify appropriate salaries and benefits. To meet this need, the Association Societies Alliance (ASA) and state society of association chapters publishes the Association Compensation and Benefits Survey in conjunction with Gallagher Surveys. The survey results are a current and comprehensive tool to help associations evaluate salaries and benefits in activity areas, budget ranges, and geographic regions.
