The Society of Healthcare Human Resources Professionals of Pennsylvania (SHHRPP) healthcare compensation survey covers the state of Pennsylvania and surrounding regions. With over 250 jobs and 100 participants, the survey is by far the largest collection of Pennsylvania healthcare compensation data available. Results are presented by region (7), type of organization and organization size (both beds and operating expense) in both Excel and PDF formats.

As with most of our healthcare surveys, the data collected by individual incumbent, as opposed to average by position.  This type of submission reduces the number of errors, increases the reliability of the final results, and allows for more extensive analysis of the data. The survey provides flexible reporting options including preformatted spreadsheet questionnaires, direct HRIS reports and paper questionnaires. The survey is conducted twice a year. The January version also includes access to Gallagher's online Northeast custom reporting tool, which covers executive, management and staff positions from across the Northeast.
